Every engagement begins with a no-obligation discovery call where we understand your brief, site, budget and timeline. From there we issue a written proposal outlining scope, fees and milestones. Once signed, we move into the four-stage BAS process: Discovery → Concept → Documentation → Build & Handover.
Yes. While our studio is based locally, we have delivered projects across multiple cities. For outstation sites we travel for key milestones and partner with trusted local execution teams under our supervision. Travel and stay costs are billed transparently at actuals.
Design-only engagements are typically billed as a percentage of the project value or as a lump-sum fee. Design & Build engagements are billed against a transparent BOQ with stage-gated milestones. We share a detailed fee proposal after the first discovery call — no hidden charges, ever.
Absolutely — and we strongly recommend it. Photorealistic 3D elevations and walkthroughs are part of every BAS engagement. Experiencing the space virtually before breaking ground is the single best way to align expectations, avoid expensive mistakes and refine the design.
